If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice so that the doctor can see other patients who are trying to get an earlier appointment. If you are unable to have your procedure on the appointed day, we ask that you reschedule at least 72 hours in advance so that your time slot can be filled by another patient. All patients must have adequate time to prep for their procedure.
A cancellation fee may apply for failure to show up for scheduled appointments and procedures.
You can reach Coastal Gastroenterology Associates during our business hours which are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. During business hours, you can reach us either by phone or email. If it is after hours, use the same phone number to reach the after-hours answering service that can assist you. In case of an emergency, always dial 911.
